After the Cold War,the international pattern has changed a lot.Under the background of globalization,the tendency of regional integration and group integration strengthen constantly and the competition based on organizations of regional integration is intense day by day.East Asia,one of the three great economy centers in the world,starts its integration late and is progressing slowly.To build up correctly the cooperation pattern and to speed up the progress of integration are the common issues that every part in the region and others relating to the global interest are facing.The preconditions are recognizing and grasping correctly the relative factors of the East- Asian the Integration.With looking back to the progress of the East-Asia integration, summing up the.actualities and characters,using for relative reference from integration,we analyze completely and multidimensional all relative factors which influence and restrict the pattern and impeding progress of the East-Asia integration.First of all,analyze completely-and correctly internal factors including political,economic,cultural regional and religious fields,using the mode of comprehensive analysis.What's more, explain and elaborate the three external factors influencing and impeding the progress of the East-Asian integration:the complex changing of international pattern,the challenge of other organizations and countries out of the region of East Asia and America factors.The interactions of internal and external factors as mentioned above influence and impede the progress of the East-Asian integration.Obviously,the lag of the East-Asian integration does not adapt to the rapid development of economy of East Asia.It impedes economy cooperation and trade communion to a certain extent.Last but not least,put forward suggestions and strategies according to conflict and discord.This part consists of strengthening the recognition and agreement of cultural identity in East Asian;improving relations with Japan,making the international mechanism better,dealing with America factors tactically.
