The Economic Cooperation Of Guangdong, Hong Kong And Macao Under The Perspective Of International Economic Integration

At the second half of the 20th century, with the rapid development of economic globalization, the trends of regional economic cooperation and regional economic integration are constantly strengthened. At south China, Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao's regional economic cooperation has a natural advantage, the economic cooperation of them is also achieved great success. Face a critical situation caused by the global financial crisis, the State Council approved the "Pearl River Delta Region Development and Reform Program" on December 17,2008. Following the launch of that "Plan",the Guangdong Provincial Government signed the "Hong Kong-Guangdong Cooperation Framework Agreement" and the "Guangdong-Macao Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Regional Government separately as the reinforcements of the "Plan". The Qianhai area in Shenzhen and Hengqin Island of Zhuhai will also become examples of the new cooperations among Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao. In the context of the "Program", regional cooperation among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao will enter a new era.This article will try to analyse the contents about the cooperation among Guangdong,Hong kong and macao in the "Program". This article will also analyse "Hong Kong-Guangdong Cooperation Framework Agreement" and the "Guangdong-Macao Cooperation Framework Agreement" and other important documents about cooperations among Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.the author also selected the Qianhai of Shenzhen and Hengqin Island of Zhuhai as examples of cooperations between Guangdong-Hong Kong and Guangdong-Macao in this new era after the annoucement of the "Program".
