Analysis On Impact Factors And Developmental Mode Of The Service Outsourcing In Guangdong Province

Service outsourcing, as the latest form of participation in international service production and division, is becoming a power engine of the world's economic growth, and then optimizing the industrial structure and the product organizational model. In the process of service trade development, service outsourcing has become one of the fastest growing parts, and also has brought new challenges and opportunities to developing countries due to the new international industrial transfer driven by the service outsourcing.The research results about the impact factor and developmental mode of service outsourcing are much common for now, but analysis on the corresponding developmental modes considering the most important impact factors for the region are few. Based on the research results of impact factors and correspondingly developmental mode, this paper started with a brief overview to current situation of China's service outsourcing, and then summed up the basic conditions to develop service outsourcing in Guangdong Province followed with a summary of four general characteristics of service outsourcing of the Guangdong Province. Furthermore, on the base of analysis of the status quo, we established the indicator system that impacts development of the service outsourcing in Guangdong Province, and analyzed 7 main factors using the gray correlation method, in order to strive deeply to find what kinds of factors are the key ones for the development of service outsourcing, and furthermore, explored the four corresponding outsourcing developmental mode including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Foshan:Guangzhou-the developmental mode guided by the relations with people and the new industry; Shenzhen-the developmental mode led by the scale enterprises; Zhuhai- the developmental mode driven by cost advantages; Foshan - the developmental mode promoted by the preferential policies. Finally, we predicted the development scale of service outsourcing in Guangdong Province using the gray prediction model, and combined with the calculation results to obtain the development trends and strategies in Guangdong Province. The strategies were as follows:we should improve the supportive condition in the infrastructure building; and should implement different development strategies for the service outsourcing citied as a new growth dot; and should pay more attention to the city's comparative advantage of the outsourcing policy in the trend of policy convergence; and should focus on training and the introduction talents of service outsourcing to enhance the skills of service outsourcing.
