Analysis On Development Factors Of International Service Outsourcing Industry Undertaken By Suzhou

In recent years, with the outsourcing service industries developed rapidly, many countries and regions effectively carried out economic growth and industrial structural optimization and upgrading by undertaking international service outsourcing largely. Suzhou city have achieved notable results in the manufacturing outsourcing by means of excellent infrastructure facilities and perfect investment environment; however,the traditional industries don't meet sustainable development demands because of the disanvantages of higher energe consume, heavy pollution and the low added value. Service outsourcing industry overcomes this weaknesses, It is an important measure to improve the quality of attracting investment and enhance export competitiveness,and also it is of great significance in promoting the optimization and upgrading of suzhou industrial structure,improving the local investment environment continuously and enhancing energy of production factors.This paper adopts the methods of theoretical investigation and empirical analysis to do a systematic study on influencing factors of international service outsourcing industrial development undertaken by Suzhou. It begains from the relevant research on the international service outsourcing,to generalize the relevant documents according to Mechanism and influencing factors,then represents the concept,features and relevant basic theories of service outsourcing.It also analyses status quo and problems of international service outsourcing undertaken by Suzhou. Through contrasting the development of service outsourcing industrial in adjacent base city,it concludes comparative advantage of international service outsourcing industrial development undertaken by suzhou. Basing on these analysis, it qualitatively generalizes influencing factors of international service outsourcing from macroscopic and microscopic layers,then quantifies these factor and makes empirical analysis on the basis of grey associated system theory,to draw a conclusion that an arrangement in order of influence on the international service outsourcing undertaken by suzhou.Finally, it proposes relevant policies and proposals against these problems and influencing factors.Throught the above research, we can concludes that the developmentof international services outsourced undertaken by suzhou is growing. And at the same time,we knows that main influencing factors are infrastructure construction scale,market size,human capital endowment and labor cost.They influence largely on the service outsourcing.However, foreign capital,foreign economic relations and the level of the service industry are less significant than above four elements. Suzhou shall take full advantage of favourable conditions for its own development and undertake international service outsourcing actively to fulfill a industrial transfer from the "manufacturing outsourcing" to "service outsourcing".Through improving its own international competitiveness, it truly achieves local service industrial development by leaps and bounds.
