Studies On The Labor Conflicts Of Family Business Based On The Psychological Contract

In the global economic crisis, most of small and middle enterprises suffer a lot. From the governance structure on, most of Chinese small and middle enterprises are family management styles. Family enterprises are always having problems in the introduction, educating, utilization, and keeping employees, which results in loss of key employees, labor tensions and escalation of the labor conflicts. In addition to their own management features, the very important reason is that family enterprises tend to ignore the building of Psychological Contract.The study attempts to build harmonious and positive labor relations in the perspective of psychological contract for family business, in seeking to build labor conflict management strategies. Conclusions of the research are divided into the following parts:First, Laborer behavior mainly composed of four dimensions by emotional reaction, vent reaction, destruction reaction and turnover reaction in family business. Management behavior mainly composed of three degrees by the language threats, economic threats and work threats in family business.Second, correlation analysis shows the positive correlation between psychological contract breach and the labor conflicts, which is very important to create a psychological contract breach-labor conflict model.Last, labor conflicts management strategy in the perspective of the psychological contract are proposed to apply, such as real job preview, communication management, creation of a good environment for family business, improvement the salary system, the implementation of differences management based on the psychological contract and so on.
