With the widening of domestic income gap,the intensification of social conflict and the serious imbalance of distribution pattern and other major social and economic problems,China’s economic development into the "high cost,high risk" period,the contradiction between labor relations,conflict escalation,and gradually become the impact of economic and social health The source of the risk of development.In the face of the ongoing mass labor conflict and its huge social influence,how to properly and properly mitigate the contradiction and resolve the conflict is not only a major test of the enterprise itself but also the society.For workers,the fairness of pay is the most important and intuitive.The laborers are compensated by salary comparisons,including self comparisons,internal and external comparisons,that are compensated by the level of remuneration and benefits provided by the law and the expected remuneration level.When this lack of sense of unfair lack of legal,trade unions,labor negotiations and other adjustment mechanism,the workers can not reach a demand,a strong unfair collective outbreak will lead to the emergence of labor conflicts.Therefore,it is important to clarify the formation mechanism of labor conflict and construct the strategy of labor conflict in the perspective of salary fairness,which will be of great significance to enterprise management and socialharmony.This paper summarizes the relevant literatures of labor and capital conflict at home and abroad,and clarifies the several schools of labor and capital conflict research.Based on the theory of fairness theory,conflict theory and psychological contract theory,this paper collects and analyzes large amounts of data,The author analyzes the origin and nature of labor conflict.Based on the new perspective of salary fairness,through the theory of fairness theory and psychological contract,this paper clarifies the formation mechanism and evolution mechanism of labor conflict,and constructs the mechanism of labor conflict formation mechanism based on salary fairness.On this basis,put forward to resolve contradictions,ease the conflict countermeasures and suggestions,with a view to peace and social stability,promote economic development,build a harmonious society play a role.
