In recent years, the Internet makes our lives change a lot, and the number of online recruitment companies also showed a rapid growth. However, there is few research literature on the online recruitment companies in the organizational structure. Many online recruiters do not know how to design the organizational structure.This paper describes the strategy and organization structure, based on the relationship between research and existing models. In the study of the strategic process and strategic, the author proposes organizational strategy and organizational structure relational model, and use the model to analyze the company's organizational structure. This paper selected the company J as a case to study because on the one hand we want to prove validity of the model; on the other hand we hope to put practical significance to the recruit businesses of the network.This paper has six chapters. The first Chapter is about some research ideas and research methods of the this thesis; The second Chapter is about organizational strategy and organizational structure; The third chapter describes three models and propose a new modle; The fourth chapter describes the development of J's, and analyze J's environment; The fifth chapter using the model proposed the program to help J Company; The last part is conclusions and implications.
