With the development of China's labor market and the human resources management,a single flexible form can't satisfy the enterprise.Rapidly changing market demand and fierce competition environment put forward higher request to every enterprise.Based on the theory of core competence,the enterprise should put its limited resources into its core competence.As for those supporting business,we can choose the third-party company,who has more professional advantage.This paper aimed at the existing problems in YJ company operational site,analyzed and put forward the necessity of development.Through research and comparative analysis,using the core competitiveness of related theory,we have a deep study for YJ company's recruitment form.According to current situation of domestic and foreign operations field employment,the description of the development and related theory,as well as the analysis of several forms of employment,this paper listed the comparative advantage and development prospect.Finally,this paper concluded that if YJ company wants to achieve its strategic objectives,the company should choose operations outsourcing.From the third chapter,the paper started to analyze the specific advantages and the disadvantages in YJ company's situation.The paper focused on the advantages as well as the implementation of the strategy emphasis on outsourcing.Through comparative analysis of outsourcing and dispatching in accepting responsibility,scope of application,development prospects,and cost,this paper clear the inevitable direction for YJ company's operational site recruitment.The reform of YJ company operational site employment form will greatly reduce the cost and stress of HR management.This will make the company focus on improving the quality,improving the product's performance and developing more new products.As a result,YJ company can constantly improve its market competitiveness.
