Social recruitment, also known as Social network recruitment refers to the use ofsocial media form or social networking sites to carry out the recruitment work, such asmicro Blogs, content community. From the emergence of network recruitment form, withthe development of Internet technology, after the transformation of Web1.0to Web2.0,online recruitment change from the information release way of recruitment portal towardsthe information interaction mode of social recruitment.Based on the related research literature, this paper reviewed the research of enterpriserecruitment and relevant strategies, simply introduces the Basic concept and developmentof social recruitment, analyzed the feature of "self recruitment media" in social networkingplatform on the role of the enterprise, and carried on the thorough analysis of the socialrecruitment channels, the recruitment strategy and other aspects of the process. The mainwork of the thesis includes the establishment of enterprises social recruitment process andsocial recruitment assessment system for enterprises, social recruitment strategies aredescribed, on the recruitment strategy attempting to introduce quantitative evaluationmethod Based on analytic hierarchy process; meanwhile, this paper takes the enterpriseactual recruitment work as an example, analyses the actual effect of social networkrecruitment to enterprises.
