| Fund Risk Identification and its prevention is a major problem in fund invest-ment. Fund is one type of financial management. Its professional management, portfolio investment, risk diversification advantages and characteristics make it as a good investment and financial tools in China. As China's shareholder reform of public limited companies, securities companies governance, major shareholders of listed companies' occupation and other violations of institutional infrastructure for guaranteed the smooth progress of the stock market's deep-seated contradic-tions and structural problems are gradually solved, market efficiency is increased, the fund market has maintained rapid and healthy development momentum.China Securities Regulatory Commission in promoting the development of the fund market while strengthening the strict supervision of the efforts to con-solidate the basis for development of the industry. Through the improvement of the legal system, strengthen the routine supervision, actively promoting inno-vation, and the steady expansion of open and other measures, the Fund formed a diversified industry, competition, fund management companies increase their competitiveness, funds have been expanding, to provide investors with an excel-lent to enter the stock market, share of China's economic growth made. However, the fund's high returns to investors, but also to some investors ignore the under-lying fund investment risk, the precautionary savings are invested in high-risk capital market, some even grant a loan on their living house, etc. Those activities give unstable risk factors into the fund market, which want a healthy and stable development environment.In China Securities Act,Fund risk are be divided into securities trading risk, legal risk, policy risk, market risk, operational risk and management risk. We make a classification for the risk of investment fund into five categories:Market Risks, Liquidity Risks, Operation Risks, Credit risks and Legal Risks, in which Market risks is the most common and most crucial factor.Thus, if we can totally identify all of the risks, these methods can be used to monitor the fund management, fund investment guidance, and to avoid the Fund's company internal and external risks. We focused on fund investment through investment and its risk analysis. We made a fully analysis on FUNDS news Industry Chain. Using the technology of the vertical search engines and financial text mining,we analyse fund's investing news amount, study the estab-lishment of the Fund the amount of quantitative information model, and other analysis methods to identify fund investments early warning. We use the ac-cumulated arhcived news database between 2006 to 2007 which got from many internet news resourcese to calculating news amount and its increasing speed in which to give investment risk early-warning model between funds and risks. The analysis results showed that our model can be used as early warning signals against funds investment risks.
