Green agriculture development model is essentially different from traditional agriculture development model, which, by taking into consideration such factors as economy, environment and social development, is highly efficient and thus indicates the direction of China's agriculture development. On the one hand, this paper analyses the theoretical basis of green agriculture model both at home and abroad, and points out the problems in its present development in China. On the other hand, this paper also constructs the evaluation index system of green agriculture model, and employs it to provide a measurement of the development level in green agriculture of thirty regions in China. Application of index system of the 30 areas of China Green agriculture of calculation for the level of development, based on the results, between regional green gap more distinct levels of development of agriculture in China. Results display in Beijing, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, Fujian green development better in areas such as agriculture, which does not belong to the traditional big agricultural province-wide, was found in the research, and better the development of green agriculture in coastal areas in the eastern part, relatively poor in the Northwest. Accordingly, we can think to a certain extent, does not contradict the green development of agriculture and economic development, and strengthen the traditional big agricultural province agriculture's green development level is the top priority.Results show that there are discernible regional differences in China's green agriculture development. In the final part, this paper gives suggestions to speed up the development of green culture.
