Research On Evaluation Of Competitiveness Of Green Agriculture In Hebei Province

Agriculture has always been in a basic and strategic position in the national economy.Exploring the development model of modern agriculture,especially the development of green agriculture,has become the focus of attention in recent years.Developing green agriculture is an important mode to promote ecological civilization construction and ensure food safety.The development of green agriculture in China is still in the initial stage of exploration.The extensive development mode of agriculture mainly relies on resource consumption has not fundamentally changed.There are also problems of environmental pollution and ecological degradation.The supply of green high-quality agricultural products and ecological products cannot fully meet the growing needs of the people.The need for a better life,the task of developing green agriculture is still arduous.Therefore,how to scientifically construct a green agricultural development model and reveal the economic,social and ecological effects contained therein is a key issue to promote the healthy and stable development of China's green agriculture.It is very important for the development of modern green agriculture and the promotion of ecological civilization.Theoretical and practical significance,but to promote the development of China's green agriculture,the construction and improvement of the green agricultural competitiveness evaluation system has played a pivotal role.On the basis of combing domestic and foreign research,this paper first defines the connotation and characteristics of green agricultural competitiveness,analyzes the components of green agricultural competitiveness and the evaluation criteria of green agricultural competitiveness.Secondly,constructs the evaluation system of green agriculture competitiveness in Hebei Province.The analytic hierarchy process is used to comprehensively evaluate the competitiveness of green agriculture in Hebei Province from 2007 to 2016.According to the evaluation results,the dynamics of green agriculture in different regions are compared dynamically;then the deviation-share method is applied to Hebei Province and its neighbors.The spatial differentiation characteristics of the five provinces were measured and analyzed.The empirical results show that the competitiveness of green agriculture in the 11 th year of Hebei Province has improved,and the lack of green economy and environmental competitiveness is the reason why the overall score is still low.The competitiveness of green agriculture in the northern region has traditional advantages.The competitiveness of green agriculture in the southern region is growing strongly.The short-board for further improvement is the competitiveness of green environment.The development trend of green agriculture competitiveness in the eastern and central regions is good overall,but the contribution of the three elements is good.The proportion is still different from other advantageous areas.Through the static deviation-share analysis of Hebei Province and its neighboring five provinces,it is found that Hebei's primary industry and green agriculture rank in the middle position,and it has certain competitive advantages and development potential in regional development.Finally,based on the empirical conclusions,the development status and highlighting problems of the competitiveness of green agriculture in Hebei Province are revealed,and different countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the competitiveness of green agriculture in Hebei Province are proposed from the overall level and the four regional levels.
