In 2011, the Ministry of Housing and Urban New 1.6 million sets of low-rent housing plan, its huge financial pressure becomes the inevitable problem for all levels of government, According to the traditional sources of funding low-cost housing has been far from problem-solving, then explore new financing channels becomes a new topic.According to China's current situation, Government as the only supplier of the main low-cost housing can not be realized, as the number of demand increases, Low-rent housing demand and supply become increasingly acute contradictions, introduce the private sector to build low-rent housing through market provide a realistic field conditions.And drawing on Western developed countries in PPP mode operation of the project success.
