Researchon The Housing Security Function Of X Housing Provident Fund

Housing is one of the most basic livelihoods.With the development of the economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the housing problem has gradually become a major factor in promoting social harmony and stability,and it is also one of the basic tasks of the government.The government has built a multi-level housing security and supply system to meet the security system of low-and middle-income families and the supply system of middle and high incomes to meet the housing needs of people at different levels.The housing provident fund system is an important part of my country’s housing security system.It is created to solve the housing problem of citizens.From the current social environment,my country’s provident fund system has not yet established the best security system.Therefore,in order to verify the size of the protection function of my country’s housing provident fund,and to further maximize the role of provident fund protection.This paper takes the security function of housing provident fund in X City as the research object,collects relevant information in recent years and analyzes the operation status of provident fund mechanism.The indicator weight and comprehensive evaluation value of housing provident fund.Through analysis and research,it is concluded that the protection function of urban provident fund is not high.Among them,there are many related factors that affect the security benefits of the housing provident fund system,such as low coverage and popularity.And through the conclusion of empirical analysis,it puts forward suggestions to expand the scope of system implementation,promote affordable housing,and improve the housing security system.
