The Research Of The Construction Of The Information Disclosure System In Our National Quality Supervision Of Food Safety

People regard food as their prime want and food safety should be given top priority. The food safety is closely associated with the people's health, the healthy development of the national economy, the harmony and stability of the society. As our national food safety and quality supervision system was being constructed continually and becoming perfection in phases, a great achievement had been made in this area. However, in recent years, the major food safety incidents occurred frequently which means lots of food hazards exist. Therefore, the food safety and quality supervision is confronted with serious challenge.In order to effectively prevent and scientific reply various food safety problems and crisis, strike all illegal actions endangering food safety, improve the transparency and efficiency of the food safety and quality supervision, practically preserve general public and consumers'legal rights and interests, this paper based on the whole process of food production and business operation, researched the operation process of the food safety and quality supervision working system and varied interests subjects involved with the food safety. On the basis of above discussion, the paper studied to build food safety and quality supervision information disclosure system which discloses the information of every stage and each link of food safety and quality supervision operation by the timely, scientific, objective, realistic, fairness, credible, authoritative principles.The paper was divided into five parts:The first part was focused on introducing the subject background and the researching significance of this paper. The domestic and foreign food safety and quality supervision working system, operation modes, the current situation of information disclosure in processing and the research target, technical route, the main research content, the paper construction were also presented in this part.The second part emphatically introduced the business category, basic targets, operation processes and working principles of our national food safety and quality supervision. From the point of view of varied interests subjects and complex internet transmission, this phase systematic analyzed the complicated environment facing by the food safety and quality supervision during the internet age and the challenges for information disclosure in the food safety and quality supervision under the internet environment.The third part based on the food safety and quality supervision system, proposed the construction trail and model of the food safety and quality supervision information disclosure system. The main content of the construction process of this system has been discussed also.The fourth part analyzed the construction and the application of the food safety and quality supervision information disclosure system in Hubei Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. Through the case study, the scientific, feasibility and applicability of the construction of the quality and technical supervision information disclosure system has been tested.The fifth part made conclusions and expectations of the research.
