Food safety is beneficial to the people’s livelihood. With the change of the mode of production,the expansion of the food industry chain, the increased complexity of food processing, food safetyis more and more difficult to obtain the safeguard, the food safety supervision is becomingincreasingly difficult. In the field of food safety, all kinds of food safety incident after another.Because of the intricate relationship between the government, producers, consumers and otherentities, a variety of food safety information is difficult to fully communicate the information cannot be completely transparent to the public.In order to deal with all kinds of food safety problems, improve the food safety informationdisclosure, especially production supervision information in food safety chain is the most front-endtransparency,papers for food security involves multiple stakeholders, to the problem of informationasymmetry cutpoint to study the production of food safety information disclosure issues, try toexplore to promote China’s production and food safety in the field of information disclosurecountermeasures and suggestions.Firstly, to expound the necessity and value of production food safety supervision in the fieldof information disclosure. This paper argues that there is the problem of information asymmetrybetween the main body of the production aspects of the food supply chain. In addition, this studywith the theory also explore technological innovation, the value of social management, socialethics.Secondly, the paper analyzes the problems and the reasons of China’s production areas of foodsafety supervision and information disclosure. This paper thinks that information quality is low andsimple content, information placed disorderly and not updated in a timely manner, inadequatepublic participation and the lack of prominent problems existing in the feedback information to thepublic, and from the analysis of the legal level is too low, information collection ability is weak,difficult internal causes of risk analysis.From the practice background of Ningbo, the paper also introduces advanced experience, inthe food safety supervision information production areas in the city public specific: the supportplatform, improving system security, information disclosure transparency construction technology. Thirdly, the paper analyzes that the advanced foreign countries (regions) of food safetyinformation disclosure. The European Union, the United States and Japan accord to their actuallocal area, respectively, food safety information disclosure mechanism through the establishmentof food security early warning system, to ensure the whole process supervision, public information,of China’s information disclosure work of reference.Finally, to promote China’s production food safety supervision in the field of informationdisclosure suggestions. Learning from foreign and Ningbo of practical experience, combining withthe actual situation in China, This paper raises from four to speed up the legislative process of the"Open Government Information Act", to explore improve the information disclosed embodimentspath, to enhance the transparency of information, raise consumer awareness of food safety topromote China’s production the field of food safety supervision and information disclosure.
