In recent years, China’s food safety incidents repeatedly, On the one hand,it shows the lack of food safety prevention and supervision, On the other hand, because of food safety information disclosure is not perfect, it will lead to the asymmetric information of food safety, which will create illegal profiteering opportunity for the illegal food vendors, directly or indirectly lead to food safety issues, this not only damage the vital interests of consumers, but also damaging reputation and interests of food production enterprises, which will restrict the healthy development of the economy. Therefore, Information disclosure obstacles in food safety supervision is also an important element in food safety supervision.This paper conducted a study focusing on the current status of food safety information disclosure in China, discussing some existing problems. In view of the current situation of food safety information disclosure in China, Neither the quantity and quality of disclosure, or the technical means of disclosure, which can’t meet the needs of the society, the lack of the construction of the government network platform, but also relating to the lack of participation and supervision of the social intermediary organizations and the media, This article will mainly discuss the problem, And will analyze of its underlying cause and its mechanism.And creatively to explore new ideas for solving the problem of food safety information disclosure in our country.
