Along with the development of Internet, communication technology, and the rise of banking online service, as well as the development of the third generation communication technologies, to provide electronic services has become a trend. In this basis, the electronic channel as a services appeared in our world. How to do e-channel marketing has become the focus of telecommunication operators considered.Electronic channels are base on Internet and communications technology, it can provide users many services, such as payments, inquiries, and business. Using electronic channels, the consumers can choose for their favorite businesses, and don't subject to geographical and time constraints.In this paper, the author used Gansu Unicom's electronic channels as a research object, by introducing the theory of electronic channels and the composition of Gansu Unicom's electronic channel and provided services for the user, he analyzed current situation of Gansu Unicom e-channel marketing and market environment, and put forward a marketing strategy, which is based on 4Ps theory of marketing, he also expected that it can bring help to the developing of Gansu Unicom's electronic channels in the future. In addition, it can be a reference for other industries'electronic services.
