Employees are the cornerstone of the building of enterprise, employees of the enterprise is satisfactory or not directly affects the operation of an enterprise, is decided to enterprise whether continuous and steady development of key factors. Because of this, the employee satisfaction in recent years gradually become human resources management theory and practice is the hot research field.Although employee satisfaction level is the result of joint action of various factors in different tissue types, employee groups employee satisfaction in influencing factors, change process, quality, etc are the differences on the general situation, but concerned, in today's entrepreneurial organizations, salary status is undoubtedly affect employee satisfaction, the important factors to improve employee satisfaction, must pay attention to salary of factors. Due to recognize this, enterprise often through a raise to motivate employees compensation methods such as, in this case, how to design scientific compensation scheme and raise decision becomes the safeguarding and promotion of the employees' satisfaction based. We in reality of management practice observed this phenomenon: once a raise, employees' pay satisfaction after has improved, but a raise the satisfaction will soon brought to light, and then gradually produce a new round of unsatisfied. Then, usually caused by the next time a raise can maintain satisfaction enhancement how long? In the form of satisfaction how gradually attenuation? To answer these questions, must study the employees' pay satisfaction and time by a raise behavior influences and changes form and regular, study the problem helps to improve employees' pay satisfaction and make scientific salary strategy, its theoretical and practical significance are very obvious.This paper summarizes the employee satisfaction in literature and pay satisfaction was put forward on the basis of research hypotheses, the selection of qualified research object, through the questionnaire survey method, along the change of time on employees at different time points on the level of compensation satisfaction was measured, and the results are compared, got a pay raise employees' satisfaction change after the curve, and the enterprise raises behavior puts forward corresponding management advice. This paper mainly studies the conclusion is: a raise employees' satisfaction levels after will get improved significantly and enter satisfaction zone and to get maximum, then with the passage of time gradually declined, enter no satisfactory area, then enter not satisfied area; Employees' satisfaction in satisfaction about persistent time zones,3.5 months in no satisfactory area of maintaining time of about seven months; Enterprises to select employees' satisfaction levels at satisfied area and no satisfactory zone can be achieved for a raise the point of different management objective, but choose to pay zone in not satisfied is not advisable.
