The excellent environment of China attracts large amount foreign companies to make investment. Transnational enterprises regard business increase in mainland of China increasingly due to the market with enormous potential. In the mainland market, one of the most important links in sales achievement is high-efficiency channel business management. It has been a common question to those transnational enterprises that how to comply with development and make adjustment, revolution, and reforge to present mode of business, thereby a grow is guaranteed in the end. Transnational enterprises invest a lot to search breakout for competitive power increase. As a group member of transnational enterprises, N chemistry Ltd. (China) which produces and sales elementary material for electronic parts, entered Chinese market in mid-1990s.Although N chemistry Ltd. (China)has been the leading company in this industry, it still has to face the challenge to improve channel business management mode with the development of market and itself.The thesis is based on speculative knowledge of channel business management and present situation in electronic material industry. Optimized strategy and implementary plan will be designed according to systematical analysis and study made on present channel business management mode with investigation and validity evaluation.The thesis is written with a basic way of theory & solution innovation, combining theory and practice, Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, normative research and empirical studies. The paper is aimed at the study of channel business management mode of N chemistry Ltd. (China).Details include analysis on problems and cryptic risks from aspects of institution, behavior and relationship. Thereby the problems which can be improved are concluded. Meanwhile, main factors which restrict efficiency are found. A mode of win-win aimed strategic partnership is suggested to build to consummate original solution for MSP. At last, the optimized strategy will be tested to check effect.This study can solve the problems which are found in present channel business management mode in N chemistry Ltd. (China), and ensure the company will have a continued development and make its business goal achieved eventually. Furthermore, the mode of sales distribution is thought to be possible in working and real operation. Besides, the analysis and designed optimized strategy can be used for reference on other enterprises which have similar sales mode with N chemistry Ltd. (China).At the same time this thesis has its special value on typical enterprises and offer reference to the study of channel business management of emerging economy in all kinds of fields.
