Lean Manufacturing, which was introduced to China from the United States in late 1990s, is a kind of management theory which developed at the base of Japan TPS mode by experts of Massachusetts Institute of Technology. It emphasizes at discovering and eliminating the waste to improve the flow, and finally to achieve the flowing manufacturing, which is called just in time. With the low-profit times approaching, the market status with less varieties at mass production was replaced by multi-variety at small quantity.In order to establish itself in an unassailable position, TH began to implement the six interdependent elements based lean manufacturing in 2008. This thesis regards the year 2007 as the present time and 2010 as the future, and it analyzes the achieved improvements after the implementation of lean production in aspects of total product cycle time, satisfy customers' rate, work efficiency, stock and logistics site, etc. It takes typical products for examples and uses the investigations, system analysis, statistics to analyze the positive improvements after implantation of lean production in TH, and results in the aspects need to get more improved in next step.The core thinking of Lean Manufacturing is eliminating the waste, flowing manufacturing. According to study on the Lean Manufacturing implementation of company TH, we have got the conclusion, implementation of lean manufacturing can shorten total product cycle time, satisfy customers' rate, enhance work efficiency, reduce stock, improve logistics site, finally to achieve the flowing manufacturing.This thesis analyzes at below five aspects:Part 1:Introduces the current status of Chinese domestic auto connector industry, and the relative theories to Lean Manufacturing;Part 2:Analyzes the existing problems of the original manufacturing systems in TH, and explains the necessity for implementation lean manufacturing into TH production and set up the plan for implantation.Part 3:The thesis lists some typical examples, and analyzes and executes the relative items which need to improve based on the six interdependent elements.Part 4:Analyzes the effects of the implementation of lean manufacturing in TH.Part 5:Sums up the results to implementation of lean manufacturing and expect more improvements for lean manufacturing in TH in the further.
