Financial Perspective On National Economic And Technological Zone

The national development zone of economic and technological is the zone divided from some cities and regions to carry out preferential policies, in order to introduce overseas capital, advanced technology and management experience for the development of high and new technology industry and the promotion to the development of other industries in the early days of China's reform and opening up. On the stage, economic development zones have become the main carrier of China's economic development and industrial restructuring and upgrading, having made tremendous contributions to economic growth.But in reality, with the change of the society environment, economic development zones are faced with the problems of shortening favorable policies, rigid management system and intensified competition, etc. In the future process of development, the integration of industrialization and urbanization is the direction of development. How to break through the development dilemma and keep the rapid growth of economic has become the real test for the development of economic development zones. Finance plays a supporting role in the development of economic development zones, in which capital is the key.This paper firstly conducts the related literature review and theoretical analysis to review the development process of the economic development zone in the recent three decades. And then taking Lanzhou's economic development zone as example, conduct a comprehensive comparative analysis on its development situation. Once again, starting from finance perspective, analyze the two aspects of constructing financing mode of economic development zone as a carrier and build ing financial service system of the enterprises in open area, in order to study that how to promote the development of the economic development zone through finance. Finally propose the countermeasures and safeguards to realize the development zone's leaping development.
