Labor relation is the most fundamental social relationship, thus without its harmony there will be no social stability. At present, with the development of China's market economy and the deepening of reform and opening-up, labor relation also has profound and dramatic changes, This change is generally towards standardization and legalization of commercialization, and development. Social and economic content, employment, the relationship between form and interests become more diverse, labour relations are becoming increasingly complicated. The labour disputes has become a cause social instability of the basic,showing an unprecedented complicated situation. The problems of how to study deeply of the current situation of China's labor relations, correctly grasp the characteristics of labor relations, properly handle labor relations conflicts, establish a sound mechanism to supervise labor relations and promote social harmony have become the major study topics of overall importance at present and for a period of time in the future. Many experts and scholars have attached extensive attention to the above problems.Based on the previous studies, adopting methods of quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis and combination of study and literature review, the author put forward some views and opinions of how to build harmonious labor relations.This paper takes A Company of Sinopec Group as a example, analyzes the reasons for the disharmonious labor relations. This paper holds that oversupply of labor, The employment press and labor legislation,social level,a lot of questions left over by history,the concepts have not yet completely changed and the absence of workers'awareness are the main reasons for the mentioned problems.This paper puts forwards some suggestions for A Company of Sinopec Group to build harmonious labor relations. That is, based on the experience of the developed countries, we shall make efforts from the following five aspects; giving full play of government's predominant role in labor relations, guiding enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility, establishing a reasonable paycheck welfare system, strengthening the role of trade unions in safeguarding rights and in accordance with the labour disputes.This paper is not only meaningful for A Company of Sinopec Group to build harmonious labor relations, but also meaningful to other companies in petrochemical industry,...
