The 21st century is the knowledge economy era with the main technical characteristics of digitization, information and network. With the rapid development of information technology, there has been the brand new operation management model, which is built on the basis of the advanced management ideas and advanced information technology. So, this requires companies to fully make the use of internal and external resources, and constantly enhance the management level and competitiveness to achieve greater economic benefits.This thesis widely used all kinds of informatization research methods and studied H printing company that has a long history of 63 yrs in Gansu province. Inorder to realize enterprise future development strategy, our research is concerned on some key issues during the process of production management information construction, such as the delay of information collcetion, non-standard workshop daily report, inadequate financial sector supervision, allocation of human resources, poor flow of production information, the seperation of production and management and inadequate enterprise publicity, etc. After a detailed analysis of the problems, we proposed the solutions of production management information construction which will enhance the competitiveness. We also put our emphasis on the optimization and design of business process and and give full consideration to some potential risks and difficulties probably encountered in the future into improve the program to maintain the sustainable development.The proposed production management information construction solutions can not only solve some specific problem with enterprise growth, improve the management level, but also inspire other printing enterprises.
