Research On Excessive Labor Problems Of Printing Companies

Along with the accelerating economic growth,people's living standards increasing widely.But at the same time the phenomenon of overwork but also frequent.With regard to production and processing as the main mode of operation of the printing enterprises exist extremely common,obvious and serious overwork.In view of the above situation,this paper selects the employees of the largest state-owned enterprises in Shanxi Province as the investigation object.Through the analysis and research of relevant literature data,from the labor time,labor intensity and measurement of the measurement of excessive labor;from the economic,social,technological,legal and the cause of the consciousness of the excessive labor;the harm of over labor from the society,enterprise and employees;analysis and discussion of mitigation measures.After the introduction of industry background,through the analysis of the scale of the printing enterprise from the sample analysis,status quo description and analysis and related factors analysis of three aspects of empirical research.Finally,from the "correct understanding of hard-working and other traditional view","gradually improve caused the legal system of labor","management" and"individual" is discussed,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
