Study On X Company’s Informatization Management Model Infrastructure

Enterprise informatization is a process of comprehensive employment of information technology (IT) and advanced management concepts and approaches for enhancing the enterprise performance, it is a radical organizational change. The core content of the enterprise informatization is to explore how to make information technology and enterprise information resources effective to the operation procedure of enterprise.In this article, I use a manufacture company as an example to research the importance of informatization for enterprise. During the informatization lifecycle, we focus on the enterprise workflow, manufacture process, and cost management; how to adapt to information technology’s influence to enterprise and how the company match the needs of informatization, and study their mutual influence between each other.One of the research directions is how to use workflow technology in the manufacturing industry. Enterprise information systems have lots of modules and functions, complex inner relationship and require a comprehensive multi-disciplinary knowledge. We only research and develop for part of its production processes through workflow technology, designed and implemented the prototype of the workflow management system to manage the life cycle of production, and provides a basis for follow-up work. It is necessary to improve and optimize this system, we need improve the workflow management system to support more business processes, in order to complete reflects the value of workflow technology in the enterprise information system.Another part of the research is how to import cost management in company informatization, raw material, component, and the products’ cost. In the current stage, we only can calculate prize the product by cost. In the feature, we can control the whole workflow of the manufacturing process.
