October 30,2009,GEM,having a historic significance in China's capital market,officially opened in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.lt is mutually reinforcing and interdependent between GEM and the growth of SMEs.The growth of SMEs requires the establishment of the platform of GEM,and it also promots the development of GEM.In turn,the production and development of GEM also greatly promots the growth of SMEs.Practice shows that the GEM market of SMEs plays an important role in promoting the healthy growth of a country.On the one hand,it is financing channels for SMEs to open a world,and is conducive to SME to reduce financing cost and develop healthily and stably.On the other hand,the sustained and stable growth of SMEs is the foundation and core of the survival and development of GEM.Through a lot of documents interpretation and analysis,this paper strives to in-depth understanding of growth to fully consider various factors of impacting the growth of high-tech enterprises.In combination with high-tech and high growth characteristics of small and medium enterprises in the GEM,through a comprehensive analysis and identification of the growth factors,according to comply with simplified,practical and focused principles,it designs including profitability,asset management capabilities,anti-Risks,growth capacity four levels of the a more comprehensive growth evaluation index system.Finally,selecting the first batch of 28 Shenzhen GEM listed companies as samples and applicating catastrophe progression method to derive its 2010 growth,it provides a reference for future enterprises to improve their growth and future investment value analysis.Also,it finds out problems in the evaluation system application and proposes a solution of the problem in the light of the evaluation system application problems.
