As one of the basic relationship in modern society economic benefit. Labor relationship is made by employee and employer during the process of laboring. Sometimes it can change into politic problem. The harmony of the labor relationship determines the harmony and stability of all kinds of society relationship and it is the important content of economic building in modern society. But because China is in the primary stage of socialism, the labor market is extremely saturated in China and it is buyer'market. The status of laborer is much lower than employee. It is common state that the employee is strong while the laborer is weak. There are many problem in the regulatory mechanism of Chinese labor relationship, so we need to improve it.According to the statistics, the number of the issue about labor relationship has being increasing tendency gradually since publishing and performing of the labor law of the people's republic of china in 1995. The reason why the labor relationship issue is increasing gradually is that the abstract of labor law, the system fault during the judgment of labor issue, the weakness of the labor supervision and the imperfection of the society security system often make the laborers lose their economic benefit and become into the cost of system reform. All of these make the contradiction more severe quickly.From different stand and theory, the western scholars get their different conclusion after the research of labor relationship and they formed 5 kind of representative theory common studies. According the tendency from conservation to radicalness, they respectively are neoconservative, Management school of thought, Orthodox Pluralism School, Liberal reformist school, Radical. This school paid much attention on the Mondragon System in Basque region in Spanish. In this article, the adjustment mechanism of typical country of these five kinds of school is compared and researched. the statue of subject in labor relationship, the labor adjustment model, collective negotiation and the issue of handling on labor contradiction are analyzed detailedly. The reason of the problem in Chinese present labor relationship is found and the reasonable advice on adjustment mechanism of Chinese labor relationship is given.
