The Study Of Employment Capacity Of GDP

In recent years, employment with the economic growth showed inconsistent with the generalphenomenon of economic theory of increasing pressure on employment. Economic growth quicklyalso job growth slowly, but employment is the people's fundamental. If the employment issues arenot well solved, it will seriously affect the economy development of social harmony and stability.Therefore, the domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research, and the formation of thecountry's economic system for the employment of different theories.In this paper,with the basis of scholars from home and abroad for employment extensiveresearch theory,we made the developing economic theory as the theoretical basis of this study.Weattempts to find the main factor affecting China employment by employment and economic growthratio between the dynamic relationship, and prososed employment-related measures andsuggestions that how to enhance employment. First,we descriptive analysis China's economic andemployment status,and proposed employment on the basis of the concept of carrying capacity. Then,the employment capacity by constructing indicators analysis and forecasting of employment in threeindustries and employment capacity, and make note to current and future employment situation. Byanalysis and even the well-off in the subsistence program, especially in the tertiary industry,economy accommodate the amount of employment did not reach saturation in China,and there isstill much room for improvement. Enhance the amount of the tertiary industry is the key to solvingthe employment problem.In the impact factors of employment capacity of the GDP, the industrialstructure and technological progress are significant. Therefore, with enhance the employmentcapacity GDP, the industrial restructuring and expansion of technological progress are regarded asgood policy. Finally,on the base of analysis the employment capacity of the GDP,we put forward toincrease the industrial structure and accelerate the development of the tertiary industry to solve theemployment problems of the countermeasures and suggestions.
