Tax incentives as an important means of macroeconomic regulation and control, support and stimulate the economies of developed regions. Also tax incentives play an important role in promoting coordinated regional development. As China's economic less developed western ethnic minority regions, Inner Mongolia processes the country's preferential policies to encourage in the development, in particular through the national "old or young, frontier, and poor" minority policy, western development and revitalizing northeast China and other old industrial base policy, economic and social development by leaps and bounds. Tax incentives encouraging the Inner Mongolia the investment environment attract foreign investment, fostering characteristics and advantages of industry, as an important part of social policies increase employment, and playing an irreplaceable role. This paper is to analyze the present situation in Inner Mongolia tax incentives, explore the tax incentives on the positive and negative effects of economic development in Inner Mongolia, at the same time, find the implementation of preferential tax policies to identify problems and propose appropriate countermeasures.
