Study On The Relationship Between The Development Of New Energy Industry And Economic Growth In Minority Areas

In the realistic view of the energy transformation and the development of the new energy industry in the ethnic minority areas where enriched resources in China,this paper analyzes the actual impact of the current traditional energy industries and new energy industries on the economic growth in ethnic minority areas,discusses the way to crack the problem of the regional energy structure transformation,and finds the economic growth point,which has a strong practical significance for the implementation of the five development concept,and promoting the coordinated development of economic and social areas in ethnic minority areas.First of all,this paper defines the concepts of traditional energy and new energy,and introduces relevant theories and research results.Then,analyzes and summarizes the current situation and problems of energy industry development in China and Inner Mongolia following.On the basis of this,this paper makes an empirical study on the growth of traditional energy and new energy production,capital investment,labor force and regional GDP in Inner Mongolia from 1990 to 2015.The main results are as follows:(1)In fact,the current seemingly rapid development of new energy industry has made weak real contribution to economic growth in Inner Mongolia,which highlights the urgency accelerating of the new energy industry;(2)the traditional energy industry which occupies a considerable share of the total economic output of Inner Mongolia has made weak real contribution,shows the reducing of coal industry has not seriously affected the economic in Inner Mongolia materially,(3)The capital makes a great contribution to the economic growth in Inner Mongolia.Then,this paper focusing on the trend of global energy transformation,the paper introduces the energy triangle relationship model and Energy Architecture Performance Index(EAPI),studying on the cases of Germany,the United States,Britain,Japan and other developed economies,carrying out the analysis and summary of national energy transformation path to explore the success or failure of the experience.This paperFinally,according to the results of empirical analysis and case analysis,the author puts some forward suggestions on how to accelerate the energy transformation,develop clean energy and realize sustainable development in Inner Mongolia.
