| For a long period, China takes the transformation of the mode of economic development as the top priority for the economic development and tries to switch the emphasis from economics of scale to both economics of scale and economic benefits. With the development of economic globalization and the omnibearing of economic warfare connotation, the competitiveness of one country is deeply affected by the integral benefits. As a fundamental industry, the function of logistics in supporting economy and improving competitiveness are gradually discovered. Therefore, logistics is taken as one of the invigorate industries of our country to change the inversion of development of logistics and economy.From the perspective of institutional factors of issues on high-cost of logistics operation, the thesis puts great emphasis on the analyzing of restriction of system of logistics development. Among these institutional factors, the key factors are market access and administration that are the most principal factors to cut the cost of logistics. In the chapter four, the thesis analyzed the effect caused by the two main factors and in chapter five logistic operation was inspected from the experience of the foreign logistics development. The thesis abandoned the analyzing of all institution factors and aimed to discuss the primary issues during the development of Chinese logistic, especially on the issue of administrative system and comprehensive plan. Reform on market access and administrative system is the key point of cutting the cost of logistics and restriction faced by Chinese logistics development. Therefore, the platform for the logistics economy can be created only if the reform of the two aspects were achieved. |
