A Study On The Co-ordinated Development In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei are involved in one economic region, and already have cooperation in industrial development, infrastructure construction and environmental protection Due to the effect caused by traditional planned economy system and administrative management system, regional cooperation needs enhancing. This area is still under primary stage of development. The system of regional integration has yet to establish. Compared to Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, the regional integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region is far behind. The industrial cooperation is limited, and there is no reasonable industrial distribution, nor less connection between the upper and lower industries. Therefore the effective industrial value chain has been not established. Industrial planning is made in administrative area and lack of regional coordination. Each administration fights for resource fiercely, which leads to slow development of this region as a whole. With the rapid pace of regional cooperation and economic integration in the world and fierce competition in and out of our country, it lays great theoretical and practical meaning to enhance coordinated development and overall strength and competiveness in this region.Firstly, on the basis of theory of division of labor and sustainable development, this dissertation takes analysis on economic development and industrial structure. In recent years, this region enhances economic connection under promotion by government, also industrialization process and industrial structure. However, there are some problems in industrial layout and industrial structure, with obvious breakdown in industrial chain, poor industrial-transfer and lack of motivation system in administrative cooperation.Secondly, on the basis of current development, this dissertation gropes for cooperation path from organization, coordinated system, etc., including development of folk organization and tertiary industrial.Finally, this dissertation probes into coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region. After orientation of urban agglomeration in this region, the development target is clear, and pave the way for construction of market system and coordination of regional government, and offer law safeguard.
