The Study Of Hebei Undertaking The Pension Services Industry Of Beijing Under The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Collaborative Development Situation

With the improvement of people’s living standard and medical treatment system, the problem of aging population has become more and more serious, which has become a difficult problem to restrict the development of our country’s economy. The degree of aging in Hebei and Beijing is most serious, so Beijing and Hebei are the focus of the development of pension services industry. Pension services industry is to provide care and nursing and meet the needs of their lives and spiritual needs for the elderly. Good pension service industry is not only a guarantee for a wonderful life of old age, but also an important guarantee to promote family harmony and social stability.Based on the background of the joint development of Beijing, Tianjin and industrial docking, This paper analyzes the development of pension service industry in Beijing and Hebei. According to the questionnaire and interview, this paper makes a deep analysis to the prospects of that hebei to assume the pension services industry of Beijing, from the aspects of transportation, services, environment, cultural projects and pension model. In this paper, the matter element analysis is adopted to study the questionnaire. This paper put forward may encounter difficulties and corresponding response measures and policy recommendations in process that hebei undertake pension service industry, based on my knowledge, combined with a large number of literature review and the related research is proposed at the end of this paper. This paper is mainly divided into the following parts:The first part mainly introduces the background and significance of this study, and through a large number of reading literature to understand the current situation of domestic and foreign related fields, which provides a solid theoretical basis for the further research.The second part mainly carries on the introduction of related concepts, including the aging of the population, the will of the aged, the community endowment and so on, and according to the interpretation of the Hebei to undertake the old age service of Beijing to carry on the definition of the concept. This paper also introduces the related theory, including Maslow’s demand theory, welfare pluralism theory, the theory of intergenerational ethics, positive aging theory. In addition, in this part, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the development status of the aging population and the development of the aged care services in Beijing and Hebei, including the advantages and problems of the two places.The third part is mainly in the full understanding of the development of old-age services of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, this paper uses SWOT analysis to undertake a comprehensive analysis of Beijing’s old-age services in Hebei, through the analysis of its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges to further demonstrate the feasibility and necessity of Hebei to undertake the Beijing old-age services.In the fourth part, a deep research is carried out on the questionnaire. In this paper use the matter element extension analysis to analyses the effect of the Hebei to undertake the old age service of Beijing and carry out a pre evaluation, through the economic, cultural, spiritual life and other aspects of the comparative study.The fifth part mainly draws the conclusion and puts forward the corresponding policy suggestion. Hebei to undertake old-age services of Beijing has a significant effect. Beijing has a large population, and the aging population is the most serious, which seriously restricts the development of Beijing’s economy. More important is that Beijing prices are relatively high, the cost of living for the elderly has a high demand. At the same time, Hebei is another scene, a vast area of Hebei, although the population is also a lot, but relative to the vast area, the number of people is far from reaching saturation point. In addition, the lower the cost of living in Hebei, the elderly in the quality of life will have a larger upgrade. More importantly, Hebei is close to Beijing, the location is very superior, coupled with the implementation of the integration of transportation of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, which makes the traffic more convenient. Moreover, it not only eased the pressure on Beijing’s population aging, but also increased the employment of Hebei.
