Research On Tianjin 's Industrial Development From The Perspective Of Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei Cooperation

Tianjin, as one of the four municipalities, but also the industrial base of manufacturing research and development, and transformation base, since the Binhai New Area took into the national development strategy, the economy has achieved a rapid development.As the core industry of the city’s economic support, Tianjin industry continues to increase, and achieved good results.However, with the development of economy and society, a city can only rely on its own strength, do not pay attention to the cooperation with the surrounding cities or regions, it is impossible to achieve sustainable development.The coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is a necessary condition for the sustainable development of Tianjin industry.Under the background of Chinese government has proposed and implemented "Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province integrated development strategy", this paper will study on the industrial structure of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province. To achieve coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province, the governments of three area must be to achieve coordinated development of transportation, industry and ecology. How to seize this historic opportunity, fully utilize the development opportunities brought by the industrial structure adjustment, accelerate the transformation, adjust the structure, continue to develop regional economy, so that Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei region can become the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta tied for the three major economic pillars, is an urgent need for us to study. While, Tianjin industry will definitely face great changes, for the advantages of the industry should be promoted as a pillar industry, play a gathering effect. The industry which is not a dominant industry should be resolutely eliminated. But how to identify which industries are dominant industries, which industries do not belong to the dominant industry, is the key issue that should be resolved in this paper. Based on the theory of industrial structure, this paper will analyze the Industrial Structure Changes and differences among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province, in the region of Beijing Tianjin Hebei, Then to discuss the possibility of industrial transferring and cooperation, finally puts forward the direction and measures of Tianjin city industrial development.This paper uses the method of combining quantitative research and qualitative research, the relative advantages of industrial gradient coefficient and similarity coefficient analysis method comparison three of Tianjin using quantitative research, using the method of three how the industry transfer, vigorously develop the comparative advantage in their industry, give up the relative advantages of low industries.To improve the efficiency of resource allocation, and promote the development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei integration;discusses the qualitative research mainly uses the normative analysis method is put forward in the collaborative development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Tianjin city under the background of measures to promote industrial upgrading.
