Hohhot is the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. It's the economic and cultural center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The development of Hohhot will restrict the surrounding cities and rural economic development. Recent years have been accelerated urbanization in Hohhot city. The number of land in Hohhot city rapid increase, at the same time the population of landless farmers also continued to increase. In accordance with the overall planning of Hohhot the villages which around the second ring road will be included in the city limits. More and more rural suburbs will be the part of Hohhot city, then the original village had to lost generations of arable land and they will be find the new job. The consumption structure and level of the landless peasants have been greatly changed over the past in these years. There have been many bad Spending habits such as show off and Profligate consumption. Therefore, it's necessary that grasp the basic situation of landless peasant's spending habits clearly and analyses their consuming behavior objectively. It's useful datum to the department concerned. They could establish reasonable industrial policy to Guide the farmers on the proper consumption.This paper investigated and compared landless peasant's spending habits, consumption structure from visit to landless peasants in the reconstruction of the Village process. It's find out the factors that the rational development to the consumption structure of landless peasant and put forward some recommendations for them. There has some reference value for optimizing the layout of the consumption structure of landless peasants and accelerating economic development of Hohhot city in this paper.
