Study On Social Security Of Landless Peasants In Mount Tai,shandong Province

Since the reform and opening up, China has undergone a comprehensive reform of rural reforms in agriculture as a starting point for the economic and social, urban and other areas of rural economic construction has made remarkable achievements. However, urbanization,industrialization and rapid development process, a large number of farmers’ collective land was expropriated to meet the needs of urban construction and development. Land resources is the lifeblood of farmers,which is an important means of production and subsistence, have to protect the production and protection of living as a dual function. Loss of land, separated from the urban development outside, it means losing economic and social rights, can not enjoy the same social and urban residents protecting the livelihood rights, welfare outcomes can not be shared with urban social and economic development, which has become an increasingly large number of the most insecure and most specialized, the most vulnerable groups-- landless peasants.Appears landless peasants social security issues, contrary to the original intention of urban construction and development of China’s urban-rural integration, it has become a major livelihood issues affecting China’s sustainable economic and social development.Currently, the landless peasants in the field of economic development zones, University Science Park construction, highway construction, planning and construction of scenic spots and other issues has been involved in more obvious reality, dealing with landless peasants employment and social security issues become more urgent, must be actively and steadily solved.This article, based on landless peasants, urbanization, social security, full employment,urban and rural employment structure theory, human capital theory, from the unique perspective of the planning and construction of tourist attractions in Mount Tai Scenic Area,the first detailed description of the present situation and characteristics of Mount Tai related issues, and then developed and introduced other domestic provinces and municipalities to improve employment and social security of landless peasants Practice and Enlightenment.On the basis of proposed improvement measures and recommendations at this stage to solve the landless peasants’ social security issues, as an important starting point to solve the employment problem of landless peasants social security, and better maintenance of landlesspeasants’ legitimate rights, interests and the promotion of scientific development, to establish a landless farmer employment and social security systems, thus providing the necessary reference for the establishment of the benefit of urban and rural residents of the social security system.
