Research On Urban Old-Age Security System Under The Tendency Of Population Ageing In China

Urban old—age security system is both an important social system and importance of sustainable social security system. As Chinese urban living standards rising and increasingly serious aging of population trend, it brings challenges to sustainable development of old-age security system. According to the unique population situation and social background which is different from developed countries in China, Chinese aging of population shows different characteristics. In this regard, while drawing lessons from international experience we must re-examine Chinese old-age security system based on the actual situation in China, making further analysis and research in existing framework of old-age security system.This paper studies urban old-age security system in term of comparison analysis. On the background of aging of population, the paper regards existing theories and practical experience in China and uses beneficial international practical experience as reference, making analysis of Chinese urban old-age security system and putting forward the whole thought and scheme combining status of urban old-age security system. The author hopes to offer theoretical foundation and reference for the establishment of Chinese urban old-age security system and better respond to aging of population.The article consists of five parts. The first part is introduction which states in details the purpose, the significance, studying method, and some related summary of the article. The second part analyzes status, causes and trend of Chinese aging of population and problems of urban old-age security system. The third part hackles origin and theoretical basis of old-age security system, thus summarizes theoretical guiding significance. The forth part summarizes other countries'experience and revelation, for example, Japan, Australia, Chile, and Germany. The fifth part described in the above sections and basis of the analysis to explore countermeasures of Chinese urban old-age security system also to manage the aging problem.
