China's Trade Remedy Measures And Effect Assessment Since Financial Crisis

As the financial crisis burst in 2008. trade frictions among all countries are also increasing and escalating. Especially since 2009. it spread to the global and leaded to further slowdown in global economic. In this background, in the post-crisis era, China must build and improve our trade remedy system, or China's national industries are likely to be threatened or even be annex in the large-scale cross-border mergers and acquisitions.Based on this, this paper firstly analyzes the trade remedy measures of the WTO to make better use of WTO rules. Among it, through the model analyzed the effective and rational trade remedy will bring what interests to a country. Then, compare trade remedy measures among China and U.S. and India after the crisis in order to learn it. It provides experiences for the trade remedy measures of China. Through comparative analysis on China's trade remedy measures after the crisis, we have come out that:although trade remedy measures has played a certain role in protecting our national industry, such as it creates a favorable environment for the recovery of the injured and development of industry, it also exposes some of problems at the same time, for example, the loopholes in the legal system of trade remedy. Finally, according to the existing problems of current trade remedy system and the current policies and regulations, import and export trade and other practical situation in China, the author will propose some suggestions from the law, government, enterprises and talents training in order to use trade measures better to defend our rights and interests from breaking and also to protect our local industry and promote the development of our national economy.
