Evaluation Of High-tech Enterprise’s Core Competitiveness With The Perspective Of Knowledge Value Chain

As the high-tech enterprises are combined with the system of knowledge, theformation and development must be bounded to the knowledge enterprise owned to enhancethe core competitiveness of enterprises. But how to grasp the corporate intellectual property,patents, human resources, knowledge innovation, knowledge protection to bringenterprises sustainable competitive advantage is a challenging practical problemsand theoretical issues.On the basis of in-depth exposition of the relation between the knowledge value chainand core competitiveness of enterprises, paper established the conversion systemof knowledge energy, built high-tech enterprise core competitiveness evaluation indexsystem based on the knowledge value chain perspective, and used the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to build the evaluation model and combined with BP artificial neuralnetwork to screening evaluation samples with network learning. Paper used10high-techenterprises in Heilongjiang Province to make analysis to construct and valid reliability of thenetwork, and then made an empirical research of the overall level of the high-tech enterprisesin Heilongjiang Province, to provide scientific decision-making method and decision-makingbasis for strengthening enterprise knowledge value chain system, enhancing the corecompetitiveness of enterprises of the high-tech enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.
