Investigation On Forest Resources Assests Suffering Ice-snow Damage In Qingyang Town, Anhui Provice

The Qingyang town of Anhui provice suffered from the serious ice-snow disaster in Janary,2008, which never had showed in resent 50 years, caused its forest resourse great damage. The forest resources after ice-snow disaster in 2008 was evaluted. The forest resources in typical region was comfirmed by RS data, which including different tree specise, different management measure, different stand strucion, different natural conditions of damage types , and the changing situation before and after the ice-snow disaster in 2008, which including different land, construcin of tree species, age groups, per unit area of stock(tree number) and canopy desity. The results are as followes: the tree forest was the most serious damaged, and the bamboo forest was second, the other forest, espscially economic forest was the least: the half of the affected area was at moderate degree or even wores; at the point of the different tree specise , the exotic pines was the most serious damaged: at the point of the different management measure, the bamboo forest was the most serious damaged;at the point of the different management level, the chinese fir was seriously damaged: at the point of the stand structure, the pure forest was seriously damaged; the forest at shady slope was more serious damaged than the ones at sunny slope. The influnces on forest resources assests of the qingyang town was summarized and the measures for restoration and reconstrucion was put forward.
