Case Study On Promoting The Transformation And Upgrading Of Old Town In Qingyang District Of Chengdu City

The transformation and upgrading of old urban areas in Qingyang district is take place against the background of the accelerating urbanization process and the sharp increase of urban problems.As the traditional central city of Chengdu,Qingyang district in recent years,with the overall positioning of "thousands of years of Chengdu center,be irrelevant to the subject of Qingyang",focuses on the optimization of the spatial layout of Qingyang new city source city "double engine" drive,the construction of "two centers,two axes,three areas and six corridors" urban spatial structure;in industry layout focuses on international headquarters economic zone,Shaocheng international valley of cultural creativity,Qingyang cultural and financial business district,on the optimization of community governance focuses on institutional mechanism,set up "121" community governance system,venture as a typical old urban areas,in the city development and urban governance has made the positive exploration,backwardness in change city,promote regional economic development and environment to realize the sustainable development has made certain achievements.This paper is dedicated to a systematic study of the empirical approaches to the transformation and upgrading of the old urban areas of Qingyang District,The article is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,mainly elaborates the background significance,the domestic and foreign research summary as well as the research theory support and the research method.The second chapter is an overview of the transformation and upgrading of the old urban areas,it mainly includes the development process of Chinese urbanization,the experience and practice of the transformation and upgrading of old urban areas in some other cities,and Qingyang District as a typical case of the transformation and upgrading of old urban areas.The third chapter mainly carries on the analysis research to the current Qingyang district’s urban development situation,the existence question insufficiency as well as the experience effect which obtains.The main contents of the fourth,fifth and sixth chapters are to analyze and study the key elements in the process of the transformation and upgrading of the old urban areas in Qingyang district,this paper expounds in detail the practice,effect and theoretical support of optimizing the layout of urban space,optimizing the leading industry and optimizing the governance of urban community in Qingyang district.Chapter seventh is mainly based on the experience of the transformation and upgrading of the old urban areas Qingyang District,summing up the old urban areas in the transformation and upgrading of the countermeasures and recommendations.The conclusion of the eighth chapter is mainly through the theoretical analysis and practical analysis of the transformation and upgrading of the old urban areas Qingyang District,and then summarizes the experience gained from it.This paper takes Qingyang district of Chengdu City as a case study of the transformation and upgrading of the old urban areas,and not only generalizes the transformation of the old urban areas,it is also an in-depth study and analysis of the city layout,industrial development and internal governance,with the aim of drawing the successful experience of the transformation and upgrading of the old urban areas in Qingyang District,and obtaining the research significance and academic value from it,it is hoped that it will be of reference value to the upgrading and transformation of the same type of old urban areas.
