In this paper, the research objectis China energy diplomacy in Central Asia, exploring new oil and gas in the geopolitical map of Central Asian energy resources and the importance, necessity, foreign policy and China's energy diplomacy in Central Asia, the problems, challenges and Strategy. As the largest developing country and the world's second largest energy consumer, China is in the process of rapid industrialization, the development of energy issues increasingly become a"bottleneck". Currently, China is too dependent on oil imports by sea, especially in the Malacca Strait, to resolve"the Straits of Malacca dilemma"to be a breakthrough in the land, the establishment of land large energy channels. Central Asia is rich in oil and gas resources and has a unique geographical location, which makes oil and gas in the new geopolitical map in the"heart". This situation not only determine the Chinese emphasis on the need for energy diplomacy in Central Asia. In addition, the paper also elaborates the main entities of international relations (the United States, Russia, Europe, etc.) in Central Asia energy diplomacy in the case of strategic purpose and practice, and the core argument of the Central Asian diplomacy"pipeline diplomacy"carried out Analysis.
