In recent years, with the improving of living standard, more and more women are paying attention to the skin care. Because the SPA products have natural and leisure concept, they are attracted by more and more women. SPA China's survey shows that, with the rapid development of the domestic economy and domestic consumption policy stimulation, SPA will undoubtedly be the most growth potential of the skin care industry in the next 10 or 20 years.In the 21st century, the impact marketing channels on business management are more and more important. For the new product in the growth stage, companies in order to enter the market and stand firm foothold in the competitive environment, and in the short term to improve brand awareness and quickly occupy the market, marketing channels plays a key role for them. Therefore, choosing a suitable marketing channel is particularly important. Nowadays the cosmetics and skin care products fields are increasingly competitive. There is no doubt that a good product will help the companies survive as an important magic weapon in the fierce competitive market, however, the appropriate distribution channels for consumers to help companies quickly understand and be used as the key way. How the companies avoid competition by designing suitable marketing channels and increase the market share as soon as possible are the big problems we are facing. With the developing and promoting of Chinese economy and consumption ability, A firm plan to launch the SPA products to their Chinese market. In this paper, the SPA products of A company was the main objective for my study. Based on the channel design theory, current domestic marketing environment, brand competition as well as A firm SPA products marketing position analysis, summarize several proper channel design proposals. Then evaluate it by using directly judgment and key factors evaluation methods, finally get the optimal channel design solution-build up the 4S store for A company and provide several advice for its setting up. I hope this special channel design could provide some elicitation and big help both for A company and more enterprises in their channel reforming process.
