Organic agricultural products marketing channel is refers to the way,process as well as the relationship between each other of agricultural products and related services transfered from agricultural producers to consumers through a series of interdependent organizations or individuals. Organic agricultural products marketing channel construction and management is the key to the circulation of agricultural products. Organic agricultural products marketing channel in China run high cost, low efficiency, hindered the flow of organic agricultural products from producers to consumers, restrain the maximization of consumer welfare, restricted the development of organic agriculture industrialization in our country seriously. The important areas of organic agricultural products marketing channel research in China is how to optimize and improve the organic agricultural products marketing channel organization, structure and relations, organic agricultural products in China sales channels, high efficiency, to achieve the rapid transfer of organic agricultural products from producers to consumers, solve the problem of low trust of organic agricultural products, such as the market failure, and so on. This research attempts to make exploratory research on organic agricultural products in China sales channels optimization, in order to help to promote the efficiency of organic agricultural products marketing channel in China.The basic train of thought of this study was, research and analysis of organic agricultural products marketing channel at home and abroad, the system summed up marketing channel optimization research venation, discovery the defects in the organic agricultural products marketing channel of China in a clear concept of on the basis of organic agricultural products and green agricultural products, pollution-free agricultural products, common products related.This chapter analyzed and discussed the basic goals and main direction of agricultural products marketing channel optimization through Marketing channel theory, consumer behavior theory and game theory as the theoretical tool, norms and empirical research methods, the characteristics and optimization of organic agricultural products marketing channel, influence factor, the development trend organic agricultural products sales channels operating practices abroad, the present situation and problems of organic agricultural products marketing channel, and then discussed how to optimize our country’s sales channels of agricultural products from three focus areas, namely agricultural product marketing channel organization optimization, structure optimization and the relationship optimization.The innovation of this paper lies in:(1) That revolve around three basic categories of marketing channel organization, sales_channel structure, marketing channel relationship to study organic agricultural products marketing channel optimization problem, and provide a new perspective to the study of optimization organic agricultural products marketing channel in China.
