The Research Of Fiscal Expenditure On Education Of Jiangxi's Influence To Economic Growth Rate

This research is about contribution to economic growth of education input on jiangxi financial. On the basis of economic growth theory and education economic theory, combined with the specific situation of jiangxi, by establishing econometric model, analytical the basic situation of Jiangxi financial expenditure and financial education investment since the reform and opening-up, and the basic situation of economic growth, and emphasizes the financial education input and the promoting effect on economic growth, and find the unreasonable place from financial education input and economic growth at current stage in jiangxi province that based on the theoretical and empirica, furthermore put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Research suggest that, since reform and opening-up, the extent of education undertakings to the attention of overall is relatively high in Jiangxi province, but there's no doubt that it still no harmonious to the current need of jiangxi economic social development, mainly performance that the lack of the amount of financial education investment, existing prominent structural contradictions, efficiency would be further developed. In the empirical analysis of education spending on jiangxi financial contribution to economic growth, this study explores that the index of education expenditure, the financial investment and jiangxi's gross domestic product, social fixed assets investment and Labour to factors, statistical descript the relevant data of jiangxi financial education investment. In basis of statistical description,this pape analysising the economic growth affection about jiangxi education input with econometrical method which based on the data from 1978 to 2009, and further validate the basic conclusion. In theoretical analysis, firstly defined some related notion of financial expenditure, education finance investment and economic growth and so on. Secondly analyzed the relationship between the production factors and the economic growth, and based on this, in-depth summary contained in these problems about the relevant financial education input part. And further discussing and carding the internal mechanism which financial education input on economic growth, offering the theoretical foundation by analysising financial education spending in economic growth contribution. Based on the further analysis of fiscal education input in jiangxi province and economic long interaction problems, aim at existing found problems from research and model analysis result, proposed increasing financial education investment, perfecting supervision mechanism, safeguard strategic position of education career priority development, as well as pay more attention to the development of higher education and proposed some related policy suggestions.
