Study On Fiscal Expenditure Contribution To The Economic Growth In Hainan

As China’s youngest province, the biggest special economic zone and the constructive base of the international tourism island, Hainan has the special policy advantages and resources, but its economic development is relative backwater. The reason depends on many factors, of which insufficient education investment and shortage of human capital play an very important role. With the development of economic in Hainan, the overall construction of international tourism island, this problem will be increasingly attention by people from all walks of life.Based on the above background, This paper conducted the empirical analysis of fiscal expenditure contribution to the economic growth in Hainan. It takes time-series data, selects financial education investment and economic growth as the variables, and uses unit root test, vector autoregression, impulse response function analysis and variance decomposition analysis to make an analysis on the total and structure of financial investment in education for the contribution of economic growth in Hainan, and accordingly proposes policy recommendations.This paper includes six parts:The first part introduces the background, purpose, significance and methods of the research; The second part elaborates the theoretical basis of the research and the relative overview research at home and abroad; The third part analyzes the current situation of financial investment in education of Hainan, from the education investment scale, structure and so on different angles; The fourth part is the empirical analysis of the contribution about the total financial investment in education for economic growth in Hainan; The fifth part is the empirical analysis of the contribution about the all levels of financial investment in education for economic growth in Hainan, The sixth part gives conclusions and policy recommendations of this study, and puts forward prospect for future research.
