Statistical Analysis Of Inner Mongolia Higher Education Investment To Economic Growth

In recent years, with the development of our economy, knowledge economy is also have the gradually increase, our country start to give more and more attention to higher education to create some value, the value can promote the growth of economy. And the social demand for high technology also have the gradually increase, more and more technology need the people who have high technology talent. The higher education must develop fast to keep up with the trend of the times. The social demand for talents from the20th century has a new breakthrough, has the higher request, high level talented person must be able to keep up with the progress of the times. We must strive to cultivate high-level talents’innovation consciousness and innovation ability, strive to improve the teaching quality of higher education in our country, perfect the relevant supporting facilities, to our country’s higher education to build a good environment, guarantee the healthy development of higher education. Not only that, the contribution of higher education to economic development and it is well know that the relevant experts and scholars at home and abroad has been carried out on the relationship between the two deep research, so there is no doubt to the attention of the higher education.In this paper, the influence of higher education investment to economic growth in Inner Mongolia are studied, and use statistical methods to study the problem, the empirical part of this paper also analyzes the influence of higher education investment to economic growth in Inner Mongolia are given specific quantitative, hoping to provide reference for the future economic development of Inner Mongolia. First, this paper introduces the concept of higher education investment and economic growth, research methods, etc. Second, this paper selects the relevant higher education investment and economic growth data to analyze the current situation of higher education investment in Inner Mongolia. Analysis shows that the higher education of Inner Mongolia investment lags behind the average level of our country, and the proportion of higher education in the education is relatively low; Again, the VAR model is established, using the impulse response analysis and variance decomposition, and the unit root test method to calculate the influence of higher education investment to economic growth in Inner Mongolia; Finally, give some advice to the higher education of Inner Mongolia.Through empirical analysis and model test data we can conclude that the economic growth of Inner Mongolia has a grate contribute to the higher education investment and higher education at the same time also contributes to the investment in economic growth. In Inner Mongolia, the role of higher education investment to economic growth in the first year has no obvious reaction, from the second year, the impact on the economic growth of elasticity is0.362, and has a longer duration. Therefore, in order to promote the steady development of Inner Mongolia’s economy, the government should increase the intensity of investment in higher education, and perfect the relevant laws and regulations, strengthen supervision, to ensure the healthy development of higher education in Inner Mongolia.
