The Research On The Operational Process Of Express Items And The Scheduling Of Turnover Abnormal

In recent years, the express business and E-commerce business increased rapidly, and promoted each other, especially after the financial crisis. But with the negative phenomena such as explosive storage, out of service and rude attitude to the goods, the public pay attention to the express companies from the end of 2010. At the same time, in terms of either monographs or papers, the domestic research on express operations is very scarce, it is necessary to do research in this area.This thesis summarized the status of domestic and international Express delivery companies operating procedure. Based on the summary, take the operating procedure of a specified express company, using procedure evaluation and optimization four steps method, optimized the receive procedure, storage and send procedure, storage and receive procedure and send procedure, and re-evaluated the procedures. On considering the exceptional conditions in operation process, such as main lines cars anomaly, goods suddenly explosive anomaly, urgent delivery of distribution centers and external factors goods, several model are established. Especially, in the part of handling goods suddenly explosive anomaly, this thesis constructed a goods combining forecasting model and system, improved and used ARMA model forecasting goods for a long time, and verified with the practical data. On the base of goods forecasting, this thesis constructed abnormal scheduling model which response to the goods suddenly increase, achieved the result with lingo. This thesis used mixed integer programming method to construct the urgent cars scheduling model in the part of urgent delivery of distribution centers, and use genetic algorithm to cipher out the final answer of the models, during the process used adjust simulate annealing stretching method,and taking in examples at the same time. In the end, this paper did the comprehensive evaluation using AHP evaluation method for the existing procedure and the optimized procedure, and then analyzed the result.
