The Performance Evaluation Research Of Rural Express Considering Customer Perceived Value

In recent years,the express delivery industry has developed rapidly and the rural area is becoming the next "cake" of express logistics enterprises.However,due to traffic,transportation costs,customer satisfaction with the courier service and other factors,the in-depth development of rural courier service is still facing many problems to be solved.From the perspective of customer perceived value,this paper evaluated the performance of rural express,which has certain reference significance for guiding express companies to carry out rural courier service.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,and summarizes the research status and basic theories of relevant fields.Secondly,the essay analyzes the factors which can influence rural express customer perceived value,make the performance evaluation of dimension assumptions.On the basis of the design of questionnaire,the paper uses the survey data to eliminate invalid questionnaire topic.Then after distributing and recycling questionnaire,descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis and reliability analysis is studied with the sample data obtained to exploratory.The stability and reliability of the sample data has been tested.According to the sample data,the dimensions of sample indicators are adjusted for determining the final evaluation index system.Finally,according to survey data obtained by questionnaire,rural express performance was evaluated with the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.This paper studies the demand of rural development for express delivery industry.The suggestions which are conducive to the development of rural express are put forward.
